If I still owned a Flavia half as nice as the one I once owned (see photo below from the Goodwood track-day 1988) I would be enjoying the Flavia 50 event that is being held somewhere in the Costwolds this weekend! But there is nothing on the Forum to tell anyone else not already in the know about it! What a pity.

Chris,
Thanks for clarifying that. The Flavia 50th event in Trieste is well publicised in VL! and on the Forum, but this is the first I have seen anything about a UK celebration. Wonderful!
Happy Fiftieth birthday all Flavias!

I'm Chris, he's Steve...
Anyway, what this does highlight is the issue around the relationship between the consortia and the LMC which was discussed at the recent five year plan awayday. We probably all need to consider how best to frame the relationship between these two parts of the Lancia world, so that we better understand what we can do for each other, and how best we can support each other. If anyone is going to this Flavia event with a camera - could they please send me some photos? A report of this event would be the icing on the cake in publicising the Flavia 50th to the classic motoring press.

Not so much of your senior moment! Some of us who are not so ageist simply refer to it as a ‘CRAFT’ moment, which of course in this context means Can’t Remember a Flavia Thing!
