ABW 163L, anyone know who it belongs to?
tried watching the video & I had the usual problem of it stopping every 5 seconds, left it for a while & tried again, it played for 2 minutes then we were back to the 5 seconds bit, just can't be bothered to watch anymore.

I have had an email from somebody who used to own ABW163L detailing a little bit of the history of the car. I have copied the email below.
Not being a member of the club I thought those who posted the thread might be interested to know that this car belonged to me from August 1988 until about 1991.
It is Chassis No. 036250 and was first registered on 19th October 1972 in Palermo, Sicily. Its original registration was: PA35 0092 or at least that was Italian registration when I purchased it.
When I bought it, it was in basically good condition, having been imported by its Italian owner who had been living in Banbury, Oxon. The sun roof had leaked and the footwells were rotten but apart from that it was very good.
The car was taken to France in 1990 where it covered 1250 trouble-free miles but suffered head gasket failure on its return to the UK. A brand new, old stock head was found and fitted by a Lancia Specialist (Belsyre Garage in Oxford) prior to my selling it to a man in Stoke on Trent.
It would appear that the car as undergone a decent restoration. It was red when I owned it and initially had the desirable Cromadora 1600HF alloys, which I sold to fund the work done. I believe they are on a Fulvia Zegato now.
I would be fascinated to hear what has happened to the car and its history since I owned it.
With all good wishes
Doug
