A phrase I used to use (a little tongue in cheek) when picking up spares was "as good as money in the bank". My guess is that in Italy at the moment you'd much rather have an Aurelia and some spares which might be pushing demand as much as people are hard up and trying to realise some assets.
Somewhat to my relief Appia prices don't seem to have chased the Aurelias for all they're still more than I can justify - even on a "good as money in the bank" basis
