Not sure I do.  Presumably you want this for B12, not 10, 20, 24...?

Indeed yes William......one of them is cracked, from edge to edge, didn't think to measure or check it when I noticed it broken. Its stored 6 miles away, just checking to see if one that some one has for sale suits

I don't think I can help but I assume they are easier to source than the B10 shaped units which look rather nice

Dunno about the saloon, but I've a set of original Carellos with backing 'bowls'. I dont have them fitted to my B20 in case they get damaged, but have instead fitted standard 7" Lucas type lamps as fitted to a lot of cars of the 60's/70's. They fit perfectly, using the original chrome surrounds.

The B12 headlights are larger than the 'standard' headlight used in the B20, for example.
I did read somewhere that the headlights in the early 164 Volvos were the same size...and also Mercedes trucks/buses of same era.
I have also seen photos of B12s with what looks like a standard size headlight fitted inside the existing 'bowl. Not sure how it is done. Possibly the retaining clips for the original reflector assembly were removed and the smaller bowl inserted into the existing one.

Regards.  Brian.

One of the outstanding features of my B12 was the superb original headlights! In those days (1970s) they were better than any others I had driven behind. Could it be to do with the diameter?

Thanks for that, am compiling the first of many lists, I suspect, for the project, one headlight was non-original...plus it was broken anyways....Sad

The Carello parts number for the 2,5 litre B20 headligt (complete assembly) is 00.581.000 - if that is of any help.
