Richard, that is a great story about a couple of very interesting cars, well done on turning it up !!!

PS Did I understand those power outputs correctly, I understood that a standard 2.5l B20 engine with a twin Nardi conversion puts out 190bhp, whilst the same engine but with a single carb on a Nardi inlet manifold produces 140bhp. I understand the standard Lancia set up produces 118bhp. Those are remarkable increases for such minor modifications. Is anyone able to comment please ?

118 is the factory quote for the SIII and SIV.  130 was the figure that used to be mentioned for with the twin carbs and a good racer perhaps 150 but with terrible fuel consumption and no torque.  I don't know if anyone has had one on a rolling road.

I was surprised at the 160 mentioned in Richard's other article, and also about the Nardi heads.
