B12/20.....common parts

Can anyone confirm if the following items are the same across the models noted above?

Pot joints (inner and outer), shaft for same
Slider blocks

In the Parts book for the De Dion Aurelias, Tav. 52 shows the pot joint and drive shaft for the B12.  In the B20 section the only modified parts are the greaser #15 and the rubber boot #19 which were changed for the 5th series-on I think.  No significant changes for the B24 either.  So I think from this point of view they are inter-changeable, but of course those with more practical experience  may have more to offer.
