Is anyone able to help out with this, please ?

Serdi UK , an engine specialist (Uxbridge, W London), is currently working on an Aprilia engine for me. The engine being rebuilt has an old 1350 crankcase that has sat on a shelf/garage floor for many years and we have a question about the head studs - are they straight ??

If possible, is anyone able to call in with an Aprilia head to see if it fits, and then,if not, we can straighten the studs until it does !

Odd request, but it would save me sending a head to the UK

Of course, I would be glad to pick up reasonable expenses, but it could be interesting to see a specialist in action !

Thanks !

Why dont they check with a set-square?

Having said that I have a spare head but Uxbridge is a bit of a trek for me. However I might be that way in a weeks time if nobody else closer responds.
