I think there is quite a bit of work there!!! The odometer shows 30K, but the wear in the floor mat would indicate something significantly higher than that!!!

Check MOT history on 11 March 2015 it had done 55K miles plus a few issues all resolved by 24 March

This is a picture from when it was for sale in 2014. It would have to be approached as a project and for curiosity value. I test drove a used one once (which broke down on the test drive so I walked away).
