I think that is rust, its should wire brush up a treat, and it even comes with a fitted tyre  Wink

Not so sure about the frost protection of the outside tap. Maybe has anti freeze in it??

I've just dug out these two Peter.
Ring me if you think you want them.
Obviously they need paint etc.

While on the subject of wheels I would be most interested if any one had an 18" Alfa one like the one in my second picture.
