The Beta has been listed before by this seller, but was sold by someone else recently. It has been discussed on the Beta forum and for sure this is a case of photos and descriptions being lifted and the fraudulently listed. Keep well away from these guys.

I reported the Beta and previous listings were reported by another member of the Beta forum and they were subsequently removed, guess this is a never ending game. I always thought it was an odd item to scam people over as I would have thought most folk would want to at least kick the tyres etc before parting with any money?

It had gone before I had a chance. I saw it available a couple of times but convinced myself that the seller hadn't changed. Third appearance led to this thread.

Never got to see these two, already taken down. I reported the Beta last week to eBay, and I'm guessing the Fulvia is one he's tried a few times. What I don't get is that eBay don't seem to pick the fraud up themselves. They must have systems/software that would check these things. Caveat emptor eh! Just don't send any money before you've seen the goods!!
