I don't normally subscribe to lowering cars but the integrale does look a tad high to me on standard suspension so I'm considering going over to the dark side and using some lowering springs to build up on my suspension..

anyone ever used either of these?

both items from the same seller, the "lo suspension" ones actually do differentiate between the evo & non evo cars, which makes sense as the evo ones had different raised strut towers, so hence longer springs? or were they the same length...I don't know.

as always, any advice appreciated

Yes I felt the ride height on the Delta & integrales was a bit on the high side too. I've lowered my HF turbo by 40mm & it looks just right  Cool. I used Spax lowering springs as it was a company I was familiar with & they were reasonably priced (£150). How about a nice set of Eibachs? They fitted them on the final edition integrals  Wink.

Good to hear that 40mm wasn't overkill Rob, seems a lot to me but as they seem to sit pretty high anyway it isn't maybe such a jump.
£150 for SPAX isn't a bad deal, am tempted by Eibach but just wondered about the others...PI I have heard of so might be tempted....
Just the question over the EVO/non EVO thing though? Maybe they had the same springs but the 25mm higher strut mount point had the lowering effect in itself?

Try Nigel or Neil at AVO UK suspension Northampton. Tel. 01604 708101. They are very knowledgeable and helpful on all things race, rally and road.

Managed to get a bargain set of used Eibach ones off eBay, very little use and a fraction of new prices.
Supposed to be the 30mm drop ones so hoping they won't be too low...
