At present I have the standard wing mirror on my RHD Fulvia S2 Sport, which I don't find particularly easy to use. As I am taking it to Le Mans in July, I would like to improve my side visibility for driving on the continent, and add a mirror to the passenger side. Has anyone any suggestions for the simplest and least invasive attachment?

I fitted these to my 1600HF a few months back for similar reasons, but particularly having a passenger side mirror!

That's the mirror I fitted to my Fulvia about 10 years ago. Think it was called an 'Itala' mirror. Stocked by quite a few car parts places. Very nice mirror with an Italian look. If you want something less permanent there is the type that clamps onto the quarter light frame used by a lot of old Minis. You'd have to check thickness etc but I can't think of a reason they shouldn't fit.

The door mirror mentioned above is available from Europa Car Spares for just over £21 from memory.
Very Italian looking and perfect for B20s as they don't have a quarterlight.
For wing mirrors I prefer the pointy type as fitted to our GTE for example. There were 2 or 3 makers of this general design ARCO being one but to the best of my knowledge new ones aren't available.
Visibility is better with door fitted mirrors as long as they can be fitted far enough forward.

A number of Fulvia owners (including me) have fitted an extralarge mirror that clips straight on the internal mirror. Excellent views of both sides of the car. Andrea

Slight typo in my earlier post. The wing mirror I favour is the one made by ARCA, not ARCO. In my opinion the Matador one looks great on Fulvia Sports as it is so futuristic but the ARCA one looks better on Coupes and Saloons being a more sober design. A couple of poor photos are attached of a used one ( needs cleaning and polishing) which I have taken off my shelves to fit to our new Fulvia addition which is being loaded in an artic today with loads of other Fulvia goodies for delivery to NE Italy hopefully next week.
