The Centenary of the Lancia Lambda will be taking place in Turin and Fobello in 2021. We are trying to put together a film regarding the technical details, advances and evolutionary importance of the Lambda. We would like also to get footage of previous trips for each 5 year anniversary since the first in 1971.
We would also be extremely interested if anyone could tell us about any early films (? Italian) in which the Lambda has appeared in the background, advertising and early stills, for example film stars etc in the lambda.
In Australia 2 ladies crossed the continent in a Lambda, thus opening up a new highway across the country. It would be fantastic if there was some early film footage, or even stills of this that we could access.
If anyone knows of any impressive rally footage, for example the Mille Miglia, the London Peking and Meesham rallies in which Lambdas took part, also hillclimbs, where we can appreciate footage of the Lambda in action.
We would like to put this together for a short 15-30 minute film which we can display at the event, thereafter we are hopeing to get some quality footage during the event, and all this will be released privately for puchase, proceeds going towards the Lancia museum in Varallo.
If you are able to send footage, Please provide copyright details and consent for use in such a format; freyjaburrill@gmail.com.

This is from my daughter who is in charge of this aspect of the celebrations - David.

I will look at the John Maltby footage of 1971, converted from Super 8 onto CD, and see what is usable.
