I've got shed envy from those pics.
lol
I hear you David.
I used to have to do cars on my gravel driveway with a car port for cover, or a wind tunnel as it often was!
I started renting a small unit (about the size of a double garage) up at a local place which is perfect for doing one car at a time, more than ample for the hobbyist I am.
A bigger unit (where the Y10 is now) became available last year which I share with a friend (the Peugeot owner) where we can store or work on cars in the dry and relative warm. Nice bright electrics inc 3 phase should we require it, even an inside loo washroom! Rent isn't too bad either, only downside is it being a 30 to 40 minute drive away from home depending on traffic.
We also had the fortune for it to have an inspection pit previously installed by the HGV repair people who rented it, a proper steel sided one with lights and steps. Not quite as deep as a normal car one though as they did trailer repairs, they'd not be able to reach otherwise! But is very handy. I had to make some removable covers for it though as was left open!
Comes in handy though, more so in a lot of ways than a ramp which would be permanently taking up space.
Y10 only just wide enough for it though! My lads' Hillman Imp has to be used very carefully over it!
