Could this be the same one as the Milan 1000wheel auction a couple or so years back tidied up (repainted) and the tyre changing equipment removed???

Tim, it is the same car transporter that sold at the Duemila Route auction in November 2016.
The tyre changing equipment was not part of the vehicle, it was just placed between the ramps.
