Is there anywhere details of how to dismantle the front suspension to fit new stub axles?

Yes, in the Lambda owner's handbook (Instructions for the maintenance of the Lancia Lambda car) available from the Consortium, full description for dismantling the front suspension.
You then need a vertical press to separate the old stub axle from the main tube.
It is best to use thermal expansion to fit the new stubaxle.
