2000 HF on E-Bay

Hi Chaps,
A 2000 HF has appeared on E-Bay being sold by Justin Banks, and a very good friend of mine is interested in it, but before he goes any further he asked me if I could find out anything about it.
It is registered PPO 10M, and looks to be in Rosso York with a very light coloured interior.
Any information would be appreciated.

I'd be wondering why the gear lever surround is messed up. Other than that he can't have it. I want it...

I have been looking at this car also. Not too bothered about the gear lever surround but how did it happen is a good point.
Checked the 2000 and 2017 Membership Registers and it does not appear in either of them.
