As featured in Piston Heads billed as the best Integrale advert ever but 40 yrs too late or something.

For me nostalgic for NY where (in a previous life...) I spent a lot of time.  As regards the car I'd hate to drive on NY roads with low profile tyres, the exhaust sounds odd, and am reminded of the one I drove and others I rode in sounding like the inside of a snare drum as the bits of plastic twanged and the shell twisted about etc etc.

For me it was always one of those cars that of course went well and held the road and handled beautifully BUT needed a lot of forgiving for the lack of refinement.  A Dedra Turbo bounced about a bit and in 2wd form short of low speed grip but a MUCH nicer compromise and one passengers NEVER complained at.  With a lottery win I'd have another Dedra turbo, research what 21st C rear shocks can do, and rewire / re-computer the bejezzus out of it for reliability, or buy a C21st Golf Smiley

ANYWAY:

For anyone REALLY short of a distraction (reading up on CV19 and pneumonia in general it could be three to six months to get energy levels back, so that might be a few of us...)  here's some more typical of his stuff.

Been to LA airport and flown over miles and miles and miles (and miles and miles) of it suburbs (and thanked UK green belt policy!!!) but its not a city I know.  He's been there man and boy and this is a bit more typical of him, a farewell to the 6th St bridge.

From four years ago a "long watch" of 30 mins about how he came to be where he is doing what he does.  Left school at 15, started in clothing, bought a warehouse when it was a nasty area, made money as a film location, got into Porsches and being who he is made some money off of those as well...

Interesting story, David.
I noted he was taken in, as a 10 yr old, not so much by the Porsche but by the Martini Porsche. We've all seen that livery before somewhere...... Cheesy Cheesy

Thanks for posting the link, it makes for addictive viewing.
