Is the AGM sold out now. I belatedly find myself free but the hotels booking call centre says there are no vacancies for that weekend. However, I wasn't convinced we were communicating accurately due to slight language difficulties

Frank I believe the hotel is now full. I double checked trying online and confirms no rooms available. You can still come for Sunday?? |
