Bristol Mini Meet & Drive
« on: 07 June, 2020, 03:53:03 PM »
After 12 weeks of lockdown Steve Pilgrim, Andy Maxwell & myself arranged to meet up at The Willy Wicket car park on the outskirts of Bristol then went for a spirited drive to Lansdown near Bath along some great twisty B roads  ;). My Delta has been Sorned for the last 2 months so it was great to be out driving him again. Steve was in his integrale Evo 2 & Andy was driving his Beta 2.0 Coupe. Great evening!

Suprisingly hard to find carparks where you can stand at a distance and have a chat ! This one with the sunset was pretty good though :)

Nice ( and a bit strange ) to meet real people in a real place :)

Round here parks are open, but car parks are not so no surprise it took some effort.

Yesterday a parade of VW campers did a couple of laps of Blackheath, a treat to hear as much as see, as have been solo classics out and about.

Am sure you raised some smiles and spirits on your loop.
