Hi, looking for a light switch for my series 1 as mine has become a little temperamental. Pic attached of said item.

I have recently replaced my temperamental switch with a nos one from Italy. It is difficult to see how these can go wrong, but even after cleaning the visible brass bits mine suffered from a lack of continuity between the red supply cable and the grey wire to fuse7 resulting in no main beam. Having installed the new one, everything working well, I then unscrewed the brass tags around the outer part of the body of the switch and upon re-tightening the missing continuity re-appeared. There must have been some corrosion of the fastening screws, anyway it all seems good now. My advice would be to persevere with the cleaning. RossoCprsa have some remanufactured switches but they are not cheap.

...thanks for the pointers, I have managed to source a new old stock from ebay.it however it was listed as Flavia so hoping it will be the same. Failing it not being correct I will persevere with the cleaning.
