Lancia Gamma Consortium 2021 AGM and Rally – Norfolk, England.

Dates: Friday 24th September to Sunday 26th September 2021

Location: Stuart House Hotel, 35 Goodwins Road, King's Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 5QX

The 2021 AGM and Rally for the Gamma Consortium will be held over the
extended weekend of Friday 24th September to Sunday 26th September.

Our base will be the Stuart House Hotel, 35 Goodwins Road, King's Lynn,
Norfolk, PE30 5QX (https://www.stuarthousehotel.co.uk/)

We have negotiated a special deal for the weekend:

Double/twin rooms
2 nights Dinner, Bed and Breakfast £230 (£115 per person based on 2 people sharing)

Single rooms
2 nights Dinner, Bed and Breakfast £120

The Stuart House hotel is nestled in a secluded area close to the centre of the medieval market town and historic port of King’s Lynn and surrounded by beautiful Norfolk countryside. Dating from Victorian times, the cosy rooms at Stuart House all have en-suite bathroom and tea and coffee facilities. Rooms also have workspace and a hairdryer, and Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the hotel. Its 18 comfortable bedrooms are individually styled and well appointed. There are two reception areas to relax in and a popular and lively well-appointed Victorian bar which is listed in the ‘CAMRA’ Good Beer Guide and offers a selection of real ales, fine wines and Malt Whiskies.

We have reserved a number of rooms at the Stuart House hotel for Friday 24th and Saturday 25th of September and these will be held until the end of June, so please book your rooms as soon as possible. This year we are planning to start our Rally weekend early with an optional Friday midday visit to the Sandringham Estate (more details and booking information later) so if travelling from far away you might want to stay at the Stuart House Hotel on Thursday night 23rd September. Similarly, if you wanted to stay at the hotel on Sunday night 26th September before heading home on Monday, you can book either Thursday or Sunday night at the same special Gamma Consortium rate. We have not reserved rooms for the extra nights so you must book early if you want to extend your stay. Any booked rooms at the Stuart House Hotel can be cancelled without penalty by 12:00 noon the day before arrival so it is safe to book now and cancel if your situation changes.

To book your rooms please contact the Stuart House Hotel direct on +44 (0)1553 772169 or email reception@stuarthousehotel.co.uk and quote “Lancia Gamma Weekend” to receive our special rate. If you have any problems, ask to speak to Donna, the front of house manager who knows all about our group and weekend in September, or contact us at 2021Rally@GammaConsortium.com and we will do our best to help.

Please let us know once you have booked your room by emailing 2021Rally@GammaConsortium.com and we look forward to seeing all the familiar faces and many more new ones in September.
