As promised in this month's Viva Lancia!, I've prepared a digital PDF version of the booking form for those that would prefer it (click on the link at the bottom of this post).  You can either print it off and fill it in by hand, or you should be able to complete it on screen using Adobe Acrobat Reader then save and email it back to me.

Any problems, let me know!

Cheers
Mark

The hotel are able to offer B&B double or twin for £115, single £70.  To upgrade to dinner, bed & breakfast, add £15 per room.

You'll need to book for the Sunday night direct with the hotel - call the Woodland Grange on 01926 336621 and make sure you tell them you're part of the Lancia Motor Club weekend.  For everything else, please use the booking for in VL or downloaded from the link above.

Many thanks
Mark

I'm very much looking forward to bringing my B20 to the National Rally.

As I'm pretty local, I won't be overnighting.

On that basis, do I still need to pre-book my attendance at the event, or can I just turn up on the day?

Regards

If you aren't doing any of the things that need paying for you can just turn up but Sunday is really the day when things are happening for non residents. On Saturday people are likely to be out on the driving tour or having the formal dinner in the evening.

Hi Lee

We're trying to make the weekend much more inclusive this year, so all of the activities are also open to those that want to just come along - whether Friday night, Saturday for the driving tour and/or Gala Dinner, or Sunday for the "festival".

Accommodation packages include all the activities and meals, but if there are any you would like to take part in, there is a section at the bottom of the booking form to let us know and to pay the fee (where appropriate).  As organisers it helps us massively if we know how many people will be attending and allocate the correct level of resources and catering, so even if you don't want to join in any of the activities on the booking form, please email us on nationalrally@lanciamc so we can count you in Smiley

Many thanks

I don't quite understand your reply Brian! it will be on Sunday as usual Bob as the Drive out will be on the Saturday and the AGM on the Sunday morning, then the rest of the day for mooching around the cars.

I think Brian is referring to the previous moves of AGM/Concours to Saturday and back again. The format seems to have settled for now fortunately.

Chaps,

I’m a bit confused, so is the concours on Saturday or Sunday?
