Hello Lancia owners,
I am privileged to take ownership of a RH drive Fulvia 1600 HF. I would like to de-bumper it in the near future.

Would anyone know if the front bumper indicator lamps would fit into the body spaces without modification to those spaces. Or would I need to cut into the bodywork, or indeed would I need to buy a slightly different gaskets for indicator to body fit. Looking forward to any responses. Thanks

I think Ant Anstead did something like this on a recent (relatively) Wheeler Dealers episode. Probably worth having a look on YouTube for it to see what was involved. I remember there being a bit of modification needed.

I have used classic mini round indicators, just poke them through the hole and secure from behind with a cable tie, easily available on ebay cheap as chips.

I believe VW Golf Mk 1 fit the hole in the lower panel neatly, the original bumper fitted lights are too large from memory without modification.

Only a very small adjustment on the front valance is required and judicial bending of the indicator bumper mounts can work.

Hi all, thanks for the suggestions. Naturally I wanted to retain as much authenticity as possible.

Judicial?    Don't you mean "judicious"?    Rather a nice mental concept though.
