Enamelled and chromed badge restorers & repairers?

Can anyone recommend a UK enamelled and chromed badge restorers/ repairer?

I have contacted Pamela David Enamels asking for a couple of 'Pininfarina' badges to be stripped, replated and then re-enamelled and they responded "I am afraid that we do not restore this particular badge as we have not been able to get a decent result because of all of the complex background texture."
 Neither can they recommend anyone ( this was all done very pleasantly by the way). and the new repro badges are rubbish.
I also have a period aftermarket 'AureliaGranTurismo' chrome script with the final 'o' missing and have been quoted by another UK badge restorer  "We would estimate somewhere between £750-£1000 to replace the ‘o’ and refurbish this badge". This seems excessive.

In the hope that bad ideas trigger good ones or someone remembers a friend's kid who's a 21st century jeweller or prop maker or something... 

The "extra o" issue

= have you the time with files and emery cloth to get a laser cut blank (the whole script) to a profile you'd be happy with?   

= "3d scan and reverse engineer" type place would print a pattern to get cast?

= get shim stock laser cut (fret sawn?) as a backing, glue on the original, cut/file/sand an O to stick on the end?

My initial thoughts and actions were to get a plasticine mould of the 'Turismo' badge on the red B20 (thank you Jason) and then make a 2 pack resin 'O' and use double-sided tape for mounting & joining.. So far quite successful....but how to get the chrome finish?
I have liquid chrome pens which are initially excellent but not long lasting and I have chrome paint which isn't so good even after careful priming.
In the end I concluded I needed an expert but not at the costs suggested so far.
So David, do you have any contacts who might help me with one or other of your suggestions?

Could use chrome vinyl wrap, it would be difficult to wrap an O admittedly!

Could a letter 'O' from a non related script badge replace the missing 'O'?

Its a very specifically shaped 'O' Richard so I fear not.
I have made a resin one and used one of those new chrome ink pens and some double-sided backing and on my desk it looks ok.
The badge with the missing O was on the boot of our S1 B20 when we bought it in the early 90s and when it had a full strip and repaint about 6 years ago, I had the mounting holes in the aluminium skinned boot carefully welded up. The lines of the car are no clean and understated, particularly at the rear that I am not really i9nclined to refit the badge so it will most likely end up in my 'badge & Aurelia bits and pieces' display cabinet.
