This site was posted on the Mk1 Mini site. I did a search on Lancia photos and it's come up with over 3,000 photographs. You can narrow the search down to specific years if you don't have time to go through all 3,000!

Brilliant.  I've been looking at:

https://www.motorsportimages.com/photos/?race_type_id=&search=lancia++flavia

and

https://www.motorsportimages.com/photos/?race_type_id=&search=lancia++flavia+zagato

and

https://www.motorsportimages.com/photos/?race_type_id=&search=lancia++flavia+sport

There are some under "Flavia" that are Zagato or Sport but not in the subsearches. 

The fun pair are these.  The description clearly says "LEADS".  In my dreams maybe...

The word "coupe" helped:
