Dear all,

In late 2020 I asked a contact in Italy (Tommaso Gelmini at GPS Classics) to help me find a Fulvia. I knew I wanted to buy a first series car. But beyond that, it was all about condition. He found me this car, a 1.3S in Bianca Saratoga with a blue cloth interior. It had all the correct features of the first series S, and I loved the colour combination, so I agreed to buy it and bring it back to the UK. Tommaso serviced the car, and Cosdel picked it up.

The car arrived in the UK, it has been looked at by Wayne Kelham at Thornley Kelham, Gordon at Day and White's and, in order to get it registered it had Members of this club report back on it for DVLA. All agree it's a lovely car and I'd encourage anyone interested to call the above for their views. I can quote the Lancia Club inspector's email report as follows..."I went to inspect Mr Brewers 1969 Fulvia 1.3s Rallye Coupe at Kings Langley today. It's a lovely little gem with only mostly minor items needing attention to win a Concours". Aside from some small cracks on the original dash pad, it was deemed "all as it should" be and I can guarantee it now drives beautifully too.

The car has been restored to the point where it will need no work to be enjoyed. But not over-restored. It still has a pleasingly original feel.

I had planned to leave the car at my Mum's place in Spain but plans changed and, having run out of reasonably priced storage, and subsequently bought a 1.6HF for European adventures, I have decided to see if anyone else wants the 1.3S.

I promise it's a cracker and any and all inspections are welcome. Feel free to contact me at johnbrewer@me.com

The asking price is £24,500
