I am slow to pick up on this, but I did enjoy your video, and I totally approve of what you are doing and how you are going about it. Not spending vast sums of money on a total restoration, just doing sensible things to bring a beautiful car back to life. I am sure you will enjoy it. More reports on progress, please.

I find the car running fairly rich, can’t seem to adjust it leaner. could it be too much fuel pressure into carb from tank?

Float level and float chamber needle valve would be obvious checks but a fuel pressure regulator like a Filter King should give you confidence in your fuel pressure at the carburettor.
