speedometer and tacho dials

Does anyone know whether the dials for the Jaeger chronometric tacho's and speedo's are refrabrictated.  I'm on the lookout for a 120Km/hr speedo dial in white or silver (only odometer, no day counter) and a black 0-4000 tacho dial...But could imagine they are remanufactured somewhere.
