The date is Saturday 23 September.
Once again, CC have retained the event date slightly earlier in the year, hoping for better weather, but even this is possibly a tall order judging by what we've experienced so far Roll Eyes
More info here....
https://castlecombecircuit.co.uk/shows/autumn-classic

I will gladly put myself forward for the Club Admin role as previously, so as to distribute relevant info to all interested parties and also post on here when appropriate, but first of all....

Please respond on here (or via Messages) as soon as possible if you intend to come along, so I get a good idea of the numbers; CC need to know this so as to allocate us a suitable location/space. A Lancia is obviously a requirement! We need a minimum of 4 cars (this should be achievable) to get us a "Club stand" = suitable location/space Grin

Tickets are £15 per car, driver and one passenger only, plus the inevitable booking fee ie. stealth tax of £2.49  Roll Eyes
It looks as though a free programme is included which you collect from the Shop, but don't quote me on that!

Hoping to hear from you
Richard.

Probably be the 037, not sure what gearing the Stratos has yet.
Is there a club code to use - or are we just booking independently?

Actually - just checking the calendar again, and I'm not going to be able to make this event after all.

Im waiting to hear back from Castle Combe, with hopefully the Club code, which I will pass on. This is the system they operate for the Car Clubs; each Member purchases their own entry ticket.

I have now received the Booking Code for those interested in attending and purchasing their tickets.
Please log in if you haven't already done so and go to the "Ticket Offers to Members" section where you will find the Code and a direct link to make your purchase.
I don't think you need to inform me of your purchase, as in previous years I was informed by Castle Combe of this. If I don't see anything a day before the Event, I will ask!

Apparently the club pass option closed at 9am this morning! I phoned and managed to get tickets, so it’s worth a try, but don’t hang about 😁

On-line booking for Club Entry tickets has now closed.

However, there may be another option. Please refer to the Members page for details.

To those of you who have successfully purchased an Entry Ticket, if you haven't already received it, it should be with you early next week.
If you haven't, or there are any other problems with your Booking, I respectfully suggest you contact Castle Combe direct (01749-782417 option1), as except for being the Club Contact, the purchasing and issuing of tickets is purely a matter between you - the purchaser - and Castle Combe, I have no other involvement.

All being well, we will have 8 cars/members representing the LMC.
See you there!

Our line-up yesterday.
Left to right: Charles Frodsham - Fulvia HF Fanalone : Simon Davis - Delta HPE : Myself (Richard Carr) - Dedra integrale : Steve Pilgrim - Delta HF integrale

Our other four attendees will follow in the next post. My photo imaging couldn't get everyone into one shot in sufficient quality for the attachment limit on here of 4096KB.

Left to right: Thom Proulx - Fulvia 2C Berlina : Fred Anderson (and Chris Hopkins) - Fulvia Sport Zagato : Jonathan Gillingham - Beta Coupe : Terry Wood - MonteCarlo Series 2

Ian Conway was there but not in a Lancia; he had hoped to bring his Fulvia but this wasn't possible. And another Club member - who I'm terribly sorry I have forgotten your name - was kind enough to use his transport (a Porsche I think) as an LMC "bookend" for our parking, many thanks for your patience as we sorted this out.
Castle Combe blotted their copy-book this year (in my opinion) by placing us a bit out of the way and this resulted in our "pitch" being occupied by all and sundry (Track Marshalls etc) before our arrival at 8am, the indicated earliest arrival time. Many thanks are due to Terry Wood and his fellow Traffic Marshall for allowing us to move along into a space where we could all park together, but as stated this was a bit off the "beaten track" behind the Spectator banking at Camp Corner. Words will be spoken to CC about this, seeing as there was plenty of space elsewhere.
Other than this, a really good day of Motorsport, fabulous weather and good company, as always!

Great photos (and lucky with the weather after the past few years)!  It certainly took me a while yesterday to find where you were parked, I think my second 'lap' of the outside of the circuit.  Might be worth pointing out to CC that you filled your allocated spots, unlike a certain other Italian Marque (or at least, there appeared to be a lot of empty space by the Ferrari Owners Club sign when I walked past...)
