Isabella has been touring Northern Spain and Southern France, shown below with the yachtie set in St Tropez. Currently residing in a hotel garage in Nice to where I will return in a month or so.

Next part of her journey is up to the Italian Lakes. If all goes to plan may then take a ferry from Genoa to Sardinia. Once explored there, a ferry on to Sicily. 2025 a trip from the toe up Italy.

She has been well behaved for 2,300 miles so far. I would like to have her looked over by an experienced eye near Milan, Turin or Genoa.

Does anyone have Lancia contacts over there? I have e-mailed info@lancia-club.it but have had no reply.

You probably know this already but bear in mind Post Brexit there is a 12 month limit on keeping and driving a UK registered car in the EU assuming the owner/driver is a UK citizen.
If the UK citizen is an Italian resident this limit drops to 6 months.
We know this because at the very end of the first Covid lockdown when we were still Italian residents , when  we returned to our house in Italy where our UK Registered VW Golf R was garaged ( having left Italy in something of a rush by air when Covid broke out in our local town where army roadblocks were quickly set up)  , Jacky got stopped by the local police in a routine check a few days after we arrived.
By the side of the road she was heavily fined using a credit card machine, the vehicle was confiscated ( with a long winded  time consuming expensive process to get it back) . This was in spite of the fact that the only reason we had exceeded the 6 months limit was due to Covid restrictions on international travel.

I should also have said that when renewing our old car Fleet Insurance earlier this year, I noticed that almost all insurers now restrict European cover to 30 days max in the years cover whereas in the past the norm was often 90 days in the year or 90 days each trip.
Sorry if I am telling you what you already know but the Italian Police are sticklers for the law.

I heard back from the Lancia Club Italy, which I share here for future reference for others. I was asking for garages in N.W. Italy.

Milano, contact F.lli Luciani sns of Ceriano Laghetto (tel. 029660841) [appears to be 40 mins N of Milan, can't find any webpresence]
Savona, the Ratto Roberto garage (Fulvia specialist) [really does appear to be THE Fulvia experts. Just West of Gerona]
Torino, Autoriparazioni Lampo di Marco Facchini (tel. 011593786, to whom adequate notice must be given) [Appears to be a general classic car expert].

Will give an update if I have anything to add.
