That's a really nice appreciation of an Aprilia, thanks for posting Walter. I liked his pleasure in the gearchange, steering and general handling, all such lovely features of a well sorted Aprilia. Also, his pleasure in looking for some of its special features, but not recognising the Andre-telecontrol device for adjusting the stiffness of the rear dampers, and thinking that the heater was a standard fitment, when it wasn't. No matter, a good overall appraisal that brought back good memories for me. I looked up FLE 851 and in the year 2000 LMC register it was owned by one E Rudler. I wonder, is there more that can be told about this car and how it survived to be what it is today?
