I am looking for help with the part number for a replacement heater hose on a VX as the current one is chafing and leaks. This is the one from the right side of the heater and goes up behind the steering wheel, though the bulkhead and connects just before the water pump.

Searching the net I found this OEM part number 82289221 and one possible supplier.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try Mark Wastnidge at Betaboyz. I bought one from him last year, haven't fitted it yet and think the VX and carburettor heater hoses are identical.

Classic Silicon hoses do a set for Beta. I think the heater hose is standard, but The VX has different radiator so some of the rad hoses are different.

Give them a call - they will probably sell hoses separately.
