Last weekend I picked up a future project, and its a hefty one...

The car was a gift, so no complaints there, but there is a lot to do and quite a few bits are missing. (hence the new topic in cars wanted, looking for a donor car, pls see cars wanted section)
But I feel this is a car worth saving, as it might even be a one off, or built in very limitedc numbers.
The real fascinating thing is that it has a mechnically driven sliding roof.  it is either vacuum or hydraulic operated, still trying to find that out.
Anyway there is no intend on starting the work right away, but I do intent to collect the necessary bits...
The metal is in fact in quite reasonable shape, but the ash frame is to be rebuild completely.

Some pics (the last one is obviously from better times....) and no, the lady did not come with the car!

All information, parts hints, suggestions, ...are most welcome!

Bravo!

Can I echo this sentiment,  hoping you find all required parts asap.
