Fulvia cabin air vent
« on: 27 February, 2025, 10:12:32 AM »
Hi All, I am refurbishing the interior of my 1600HF S2 Fulvia Coupe and need a replacement the interior air vent. This is the rectangular blower vent that sits in the centre section of the dashboard. The body of the vent is fine but a number of the little louvres that sit in it have fallen out so I am looking for a complete vent unit or alternatively 3 of the louvres. Cheers, Martyn.

I have a problem with my air vent, no matter where I put the dashboard sliders, this vent is sending out warm air. The heater control valve in the passenger footwell is operating correctly, I have replaced all cables behind the dashboard (Very fiddley!!). I am now stuck for ideas. Any thoughts on getting cool air from this vent would be appreciated. Thank you.

Does the rod on the water valve move fully, perhaps the water part is stuck open partially hence you get warm air not cold, warm and hot?  You can reach down and open and close it manually to test, perhaps it stuck despite the cable replacements.

possibly the diaphragm at the heater valve (controlling the water) is shot. Easy fix.
