THE 2008 HAMPSHIRE LMC CHRISTMAS LUNCH
UPDATE:
As of 25th October we have one or possibly two places left for the lunch as we have 49 bookings, so if you wish to come now is the time to act!
Sunday 14th December 2008.
After another successful event last Christmas, when we again had 50 people attending (the maximum that can be accommodated!) the Hampshire area meeting is hosting the very popular Hampshire Christmas Lunch on Sunday 14th December 2008, arrive 12.30 for 1.00pm. The lunch is being held at our regular meeting place, The Bartley Lodge Hotel, off the A377, at Cadnam, near J1 of M27 in the New Forest. Those who have attended before will already know that the hotel manages to deliver an excellent meal in a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful wood panelled room that really captures the spirit of Christmas.
What's more the price is just £16.00 per person (the same as last year - which in the cuurent economic climate is a minor miracle!).
I will need firm bookings, with names, their menu choices and payment by Thursday 4th December 2008.

Last year some decided to spend the weekend at the hotel, so if you wish to do the same, the direct line to book with the hotel is 023 80812248, the cost per person for B&B is £30.00 per person for Sunday – Thursday nights, and £40.00 per person for Friday and Saturday nights. Again please book early and mention the 'Lancia Motor Club Christmas Lunch' when making your booking.
