There are lots of humerous car manufacturer acronyms, such as
FIAT - Found In A Tip
FORD - Fixed Or Repaired Daily
LOTUS - Lots Of Trouble Usually Serious.
...does anyone know what the LANCIA one was? I'm sure there was a list of them all in the Club Mag but I'm not sure. If you know of any other car ones, list them here too.

er... I'm sure it's a humerous acronym, but what does it mean in English. Apologies, but most Brits tend to not be au-fait with anyone else's language sadly.

I vaguely remember these from an old LMC newsletter in the early '80s. One I can remember is the 'ICE LOLLIE' effect:
Incurable Corrosion Ends the Life Of Lots of Lancias In the End
Well, I thought it was amusing...

Tyeah
I know its a joke, but it's this that any new Lancia in the UK will have to deal with.
I'm old enough to remember the rotten Audi Ro cars and the huge PR done at the time to sort it.
Lancia must take the bull by the horns and major on modern anti corrosion protection of the cars rather than sweep it under the carpet (as unfortunately is endemic of the species in Turin)

In my day FORD was always:
Found On Road Dead
FIAT was only Fix It Again Tomorrow rather than Fix It Again Today as you could never get the parts today, and like the parts, tomorrow never comes

Well I have thought up this one for LANCIA:
Latin Automobile's Notorious Corrosion Is Apocryphal
And for my FULIA:
Fabulously Understated Lancia Vehicle Induces Adoration
