integrale still in production!
« on: 03 January, 2010, 12:28:44 PM »
And still in 1/10th scale Remote-Control by TAMIYA of course!

They obviously consider it worthy of yet another RC chassis to stick the bodywork back on for the third time, by my reckoning.

Excellent to see Tamiya bringing it out a third time, shows how respectable and memorable the grale is.
Not sure about the wheels though  :P

they should like like this

or this

http://carloslopes.homedns.org/models/1-10/images/Tamiya_Lancia_Integrale_f.jpg      - original 1990s

Rich , Carlos : what are you doing ????? It's all too tempting !!! :) I see the Sand Scorcher is due for -re release soon : did you see my comments on evoforum ? $5,000 for an unmade original kit ! - I used to race one and would be so tempted to get another. The only trouble is , as the Sand Scorcher is limited production , how long would it last ?

Hey, yeah I saw your comments, the prices of some of these are nuts , a bit like hornby trains  >:(

These just get made up and put on a shelf, I normally run an emaxx for bashing, but even decent batteries cost over 30 quid each !!

My son has a monster beetle, with a mini body on it that has just broken the front suspension, its proving a pain to find at the moment, but hopefully one will appear soon.

They are a world of fun though, I always wanted a radio control car, but had to wait till I was 30 !!

:) Well I enjoyed driving yours at the last AGM.

Someone bought me a mini r/c car at work for my secret santa and we've been doing power laps around the office (using post-it notes on the wall for the times!) Good fun (but not as good as the fiat 500 r/c car). I'd like an off roader again tho ...

Hehe,  Thats sounds like the perfect way to spend work, power laps round the office  8)

I went on your advice and bought a 500 in Portugal, great fun on the tile floors over there, but not been used much here.
If your stil hankering for something off road , I would suggest the HOBAO HYPER 8.5 PRO UK 1/8
or the new Traxxas emaxx brushless,   its like mine but with a brushless motor which = twice the speed !!

go on, you know you want one  ;)
