This one came in my direction from Jim Baldwin in South Africa.

It's a 1992 Fulvia Sport Zagato 1600 RHD.
It's up for sale until the 2nd of April when it will go to the highest bidder, the owner was hoping that it would be restored but I think that's really out of the question, but the 1600 engine and other parts look worth saving.
Below are more comments from the owner in answer to my request for more information,

"I'm afraid I have no info or history on the car at all. It showed up at a local scrapyard where it had been weighed in & was awaiting the crusher when I saw it & rescued it. The manager thinks it was probably kept by the last owner for years with a plan to restoring it or just because he loved it & couldn't bear to part with it. After that we can only speculate: Death & the sale of the house where it was parked? The wife putting her foot down & demanding the eyesore be gone? Who knows.
The car has no keys or paperwork of any kind. It hasn't been taxed for years. The engine turns over with a 24mm long handled spanner & a firm heave, the steering lock is on & I don't think it's broken even though the cowl is damaged."
He has also requested that any queries come through me, if anyone who is interested would care to email or PM me I can supply a name and phone number.
The car is located about an hour West of London.

Hi Tim,
It didn't, Roddy was quite excited that we've spotted another one that he has no record of whatsoever, neither does the DVLA.
But it will now Cheesy

I think David Ashworh at Classic Lancia Restorations now has the car and it’s being restored.

The metal guru Bill Lewis making the repair panels (sounds like a T-Rex track), apparently hardly any rust.
