And I thought I had got away with it!
Now heading south on the Autostrada from Siena and all going well. All the tricky bits are now mastered – in and out of any gear at any speed is a doddle. Still can’t find the heater controls though. Rear vision is rubbish, but what the hell?
Yesterday had a bit of a run in with some blokes in Mexican outfits thinking I could help them find an Appia Camoncino - I ask you!
I guess I will have to give in soon.

It's amazing how your Lancia Radar works, managing to spot the merest detail of a car to identify it as a Lancia whilst driving by at 50mph! Whilst on the A458 at Halfway House between Shrewsbury and and the border with Powys I spotted a red integrale Evo off the main road. I've never seen it there before but also noticed a rally prepped car on a trailer at the same house, possibly a Peugeot. I'll have to slow down next week and have a look.

I stopped at a Tesco in Cambridge the other day and came out to find dark blue French registered Kappa 2.4 parked up along side my Y10.
