Seen by the Chelsea Embankment this morning – a familiar Lambda parked up in the prime spot in front of the Royal Hospital. Lots of other nice cars were there too, including two Lancias - my Fulvia and a red Integrale.

 just made my day as I used the online database to look up the owner as I suspected it was one of the registered cars and it is A very nice Lambda 7th Series Long Torpedo (Tipo 216) in Black |

Whilst on holiday last week in Barbados I was on my way back to the airport when Louise spotted the a white Fulvia - some 4200 miles away from the UK. Obviously I had to turn around and take some time out to speak to the owner who had acquired it from a Swedish Man recently who had the car on the island for some years.  |

Over at a suspension specialist in Hampshire on Wednesday, surprised to see a kappa saloon 20vt outside, even more surprised to see a kappa sw 20v there also Turns out they have the full set, also got a kappa coupe 20vt. Knew I was dealing with the right people at that point |

Not exactly seen ‘on the road’, but here below is a photo of a line up of lovely Lancias – Aprilia, Augusta, Aurelia and Lambda, which just happened to be in the car park today at the VSCC’s race meeting today at Silverstone.

As I pulled off the AI at Morpeth two weeks ago yesterday after a 400 mile drive up from Sussex to enjoy some fresh air walking, the first car I saw was a very smart metallic grey Flavia Coupe. Known to the club?
Yesterday whilst driving along the A27 in Worthing - yes back to the clogged up Sussex roads! A black Thesis with black tinted windows went the other way. I think it was on foreign plates.

Just for interest - on my holiday for a week plus! in the Napoli area this month, I saw far more Lancias than Alfas and not only small ones. Lots of new Deltas and some Phedras. Is this common throughout Italy or is it down to the proximity of appropriate dealers?
