I have been to Le Mans a few times now and after getting my HF I did think it would be really nice to go down there in it. I have considered the Le Mans Classic and there are some plus points around how crowded it can get plus many of the older cars are actually more exciting.
If anyone is considering taking their car next year I'd be interested in possibly getting something together.

Seen this afternoon in the rain at Brands Hatch - a Fulvia 1600 HF being driven by Jai Sharma. Jai started the HSCC 70s Roadsports race 16th on the grid of 32 and finished 9th, way ahead of his class rivals. This included overtaking a Lotus Europa on the inside at Paddock Hill Bend and making it stick – wonderful! Rainy Saturdays in June should always be like this.

11:30am yesterday at Upton Lovell on the A36 south of Warminster - a dark blue Stratos. Alas, you were stuck in a queue of cars  so I didn't get to catch the registration, nor spot the car in time to wave like a maniac. |

Saw a white Dedra in a car sales yard in Costa blanca last month for 3999 euros got it for 1500, needs the aircon filled and a radio and the back door wont lock but................ I HAVE GOT A LANCIA HA HA HA !!! Funny how little things make me laugh a lot |
