Robin, After looking through Brian's photographs from the Covent Garden event the car I saw looked like the one titled DSCF0044 on page 14. http://www.flickr.com/photos/14041904@N07/page14/Rhys

Blue? Dedra heading west on M9 at 7.30am last Thursday 20th near Stirling, and A reg, beige/cream Gamma Berlina at Willowbrae filling station Edinburgh around 5pm on 27th. First one I've ever seen on the road!

Rhys, That is my Dilambda. Worth noting though that when ordered from Lancia you could specify the coach builder who's body you wanted fitted to your car, so there are scarcely two the same. Mine is a series 2 so has the sloping radiator grill and blade front bumper. An Astura is another possibility although everything was scaled down in size for that model. Hope that you can find out more as another Dilambda (or indeed Astura) would be a great find. Robin.

Good heavens Thanks for that Neil. I hadn't even finished my Jacket spud or bought my winter pansies! I did speak to the Guy who took the photo, obviously a discerning chappie, loved his comments, although he obviously read Milan off the sticker on the windscreen, I thought I went to Turin Couple of photos I took at the same place, just downloaded. Oooh, Oohh, spotted a first generation Ypsilon (silver) along Ladymead in Guildford yesterday (Sunday) at 4:15 cutting up the car infront of me. If that was you: 1) Cheeky manouvre, but 2) The car looked good so you're forgiven ;o)

At Silverstone on Saturday afternoon:
A green Aurelia B20 being driven by Chris Gawne, looking absolutely lovely with the rear-end gently drifting out through Copse, but sadly outperformed by the much younger disc-braked sports cars in this race. And later a fantastic duel between Jai Sharma’s red Fulvia 1600 HF and Jason Kennedy in a red Beta Coupe with the lead changing at alternate corners – the final result being Jai finishing just ahead of Jason after a close run in through Luffield. Meanwhile Louise Kennedy’s Fulvia Zagato 1.3 was fighting it out with an Alfa 2000 GTV having managed to get past it at least once.
All wonderful stuff in glorious weather - mind you, the results would have been better for Lancia if it had been wet! Yet again I was left with the feeling that it is my good fortune to see such lovely cars used with real purpose – thanks Louise, Jason, Chris and Jai. More next year please.
Colin

Today about 1pm in Silsoe Bedfordshire where I live. Ampthill road, a Flaminia GT on the back of a trailer , couldn't make up my mind if it was in silver or it had been stripped to the Alloy. Anyone know anything about it please & it's destination.? Brian 8227

....a golden Gamma coupe on Junction Road close to Tufnel Park Tube station. I think you were parked next to the Irish pub opposite the tube station on the corner. I wanted to bib my horn but it didn't work

A22 Uckfield Bypass East Sussex, 4.30pm today.
Grey Flaminia Touring Convertible. Probably David Wakefield from nearby Tunbridge Wells.
What a splendid sight! just a shame that I was driving a minibus and not the Dilambda.
