Just dug out this picture of a Y10 Turbo in the '93 Lombard at a Chatsworth House Stage. Anyone know what became of this car?

I believe it was driven then by Peter & Hilary White, Y10 gurus at the time.

Perhaps sold to Trevor Nicosia?

This is where it gets complicated!

First of all, I acquired the engine from that car. That went into my Y10 Turbo, the one that later became the Yntegrale. When the Yntegrale conversion started, I sold the engine to Peter Dietsch and helped install into his Y10 Turbo. Things go full circle, I acquired the Dietsch Y10 earlier this year

Around 1998 or 1999 I boughht the rest of the RAC car from Peter and Hilary, it now had a GTie engine in it but not running. I took the GTie engine out, replaced with one of the many Y10 Turbo engines I had in that era and started the conversion to race car from rally car. After a few months I realised I was taking forever to get the car race ready so engaged Scheldt & Pettet in Harrow to finish the job. They found the shell was not as straight as hoped, different wheelbase each side courtesy of its hard life as a rally car. WQe kept the roll cage, doors, front wings and bonnet and scrapped the rest (sorry!), then put the cage into yet another Y10 which I had lying around. Kind of explained my first season colour scheme, half dark blue, half yellow!

The cage still has the 1993 RAC scrutineering stickers on it

You mean in terms of "how did it do" on the rally as I've covered what happened to it since

Pretty sure it ended up on its side during the rally, not so sure whether it made the finish or not. I'm sure I did know, but too many years have passed by for me to be sure what is real and what I've imagined!
