Ok not Lancia but at least Italian:

Must say though I think 1960s Alfa 1300cc had some stiff competition from other brands not least Lancia!

Perhaps she's only got little legs
On the other hand have a look how close to the wheel Drivers from the Fangio era sat, I assume to get a good purchase on the huge steering wheels.
