Now I am home, not sure if this is the same car as featured in the magazine being sold by Hexagon, but it looked delicious anyways!

http://www.hexagonclassics.com/car_sales/Lancia-Flaminia-Zagato-Super-Sport/4000.htm

Is it known to anyone?

It is the same car as the Hexagon car. It was also owned by Anthony McLean.
I thought the article was very balanced and summed up exactly what a Flaminia is all about.
As a point of interest not all Flaminia Super Sports are alloy bodied, the later ones are steel bodied. Also the later ones have the mock wood effect dash, but the earlier ones have a painted, body coloured dash.

I remember the wood  dash on the later ones, but never saw steel bodies. Are you sure?

The Super Sport I owned was definitely steel bodied.

Further to my comments on steel bodied Supersports, here's one for sale http://www.tonyerker.info/html/lancia_flam_zag_barn.html
you can see from the rust on the body that it is steel.
