Lancia bits borrowed by others

Just flicking through my June edition of Octane (for obvious reasons) and on page 184 is rear 3/4 view of a Morgan Aero Coupe. It is an ugly car from any angle but it does have one delicately graceful and well-proportioned detail to it's credit... the rear lights. And if I am not mistaken those rear lights are from a Lancia Thesis. Even the radiused returns are identical. Am I right? Perhaps Morgan ought to have borrowed more heavily from Lancia, especially when they were designing the front!
What other Lancia details are used by others?

You are spot on, those Aero lights are indeed from the Thesis.

Judging by your profile avatar I think you are well placed to confirm this!
