Coverage of the Lancia presence at SpaItalia from C&SC

http://www.classicandsportscar.com/news/classic-car-events/aurelia-takes-best-in-show-at-spaitalia

I rather like the idea of someone 'discovering' a Hyena.  A 1992 car!  That makes me feel quite old, but really there's more than a hint of hot air in that particular description, IMO.  I'm surprised it wasn't in a barn...

Didn't that Airline Augusta used to be described as being bodied by John Charles?  If I'm not mistaken then this is a new and slightly worrying manifestation of the 'Goodwood effect'.

That's too funny - on both the "discovery" and the "rebranding".  All the same nice to see both of them out and being appreciated.

John Charles of kew were the coachbuilders for the Augusta, it is possible that it was designed by/for Kelville-Davis and March. I tried to find out in the early eighties for some of those involved but no one could remember.  Similar Dilambda and Astura bodies were shown in the Frosdick book photos from the John Bowers archieve.
