What is everybody using nowadays for lubricating their sliding pillars ? 20/50 in the reservoir for the dampers and then what else for the bottoms ?

Thanks

Straight 20 or 30w for the uppers. 90w for the lower.

While 20w was called for, some say that todays 30w is similar to what 20w used to be.
