Spotted this B10 in a body shop nearby to my place over the weekend.

Beautiful and my favourite colour for an Aurelia Sedan as well.
Great to see that the semaphore indictors have been retained - how bad was the bodyshell before work commenced I wonder?
I have always wanted to own an Aurelia Sedan but each time I have gone to look at one, I have been put off by the amount of metal work needed due to corrosion in the double skinned sections. I reckon the bodies are more complex that B20s.
Who is the owner. And is work progressing.

Indeed, splendid to see another berlina getting restored, any other details would be welcome before I dive in!

I agree Chris this is an attractive colour. By a weird coincidence a bit later that day I was following a Nissan Figaro and I swear it's the same colour. The car was originally blue. The body shop guy told me they were instructed to tidy another's previous repairs which had lost a lot of the shape in the lower wing and sill area, and the doors didn't fit too well. This they are doing and seemingly well too, the sills still don't look quite right to my eye, they may be from another car, but again the body guy was told to leave them, just reshape as best as possible. Certainly the paint finish is good although they have carried over the paint to the under bonnet area which should be black I believe. Floors have been multi patched before but they have been told to leave those alone. These integrate with the sill as you know but as some heavy money has been spent on this car already, maybe that's why the owner stopped where he did. In a perfect world you'd want to replace the whole floor area and both sills. I don't know who the owner is but I was told by the body guy that they had given the work top priority and had to have it finished in a couple of weeks as the client is dying and wants to finish the assembly and use the car himself before he departs. Fingers crossed he achieves that, reassembly of the whole thing will be no small task.

Always sad to hear of these types of circumstances Clive, but life can be cruel at the best of times.
Plus that all isn't as it should be with repairs, good to know though.

I'm fairly sure that Berlina / Sedan under-bonnets were originally painted body colour, unlike B20s which I am very sure were black in that area.
